Junior Cricket in 2021

We welcome all boys & girls aged 5 - 12 to come and enjoy a fun way to learn and play cricket in the beautiful surroundings of Petworth Park. We also welcome parents to get involved too!

This year we will continue to run our successful Saturday morning Junior Cricket programmes for 5-11 year old’s. We will also be running an U13's hardball cricket team. U13 Training will be on Friday evenings with a series of home and away matches taking place either on Sunday mornings or midweek evenings.

We continue to work closely with Sussex Cricket and the ECB to deliver great quality cricket training to our juniors, run by our own qualified coaches and activators.

All Stars Cricket - The ECB All Stars Cricket programme provides boys and girls from 5-8 years old with 8 weeks of non-stop fun. The activity and game based programme is suitable for all skill levels, providing your child with the foundations to begin a lifelong love of physical activity and cricket, while making friends in a safe and enjoyable environment. At Petworth Park Cricket Club we would like to offer our All Stars for 2021 even more by extending our cricket programme to include a whole 15 weeks of fun sessions at a cost of only £50.00 per child for the whole programme (including All Stars kit bag containing personalised t-shirt, back pack, bat, ball, cap and activity book). (Please note that the ECB All Stars website defaults the programme to 8 weeks but rest assured we are offering a full 15 weeks of cricket fun for your child for their £50.00 fee).

Dynamos Cricket - The brand new ECB Dynamos Cricket programme is a fantastic opportunity for 8-11 year olds to learn and build on the fundamental skills of cricket with 8 weeks of jam-packed fun, activity and skills development. But at Petworth Park Cricket Club we would like to offer our Dynamos even more by extending our programme to include a whole 15 weeks of cricket! Our sessions run each Saturday morning from 15th May to 21st August 2021 at a cost of only £50.00 per child for the whole programme. Our 15 week programme includes introduction sessions followed by 8 weeks of the core Dynamos programme then a further 6 further weeks of fun cricket practice and play, making it a whole summer of fun for our Dynamos!
